Behind the Garden Room Doors: What Happens at a Club Meeting?

Ever wonder what happens at a Pasadena Women’s Club meeting? Each month, members gather in the beautiful Garden Room of the Edmund Blinn House to connect, collaborate, and contribute to our ongoing mission. These meetings are the cornerstone of our club’s activity and serve as both planning sessions and community gatherings.

Meetings typically include updates on club initiatives, planning for upcoming events, and guest speakers from across Pasadena who share insights on topics ranging from civic engagement to arts and culture, health and wellness, or local history. Members are encouraged to share ideas, propose new projects, and contribute their skills in an open and supportive environment. Of course, there’s also time for socializing over tea and refreshments, making every meeting both productive and enjoyable.

These gatherings are the heart of our organization—where ideas are born, friendships are strengthened, and actions are set in motion. The energy in the room is always inspiring, and for anyone considering membership, attending a meeting is a wonderful way to experience firsthand the camaraderie, warmth, and shared purpose that define the Pasadena Women’s Club.
