A Legacy of Leadership: Celebrating Over a Century of Service

Since 1912, the Pasadena Women’s Club has stood as a beacon of service, leadership, and community in Pasadena. What began as a small group of passionate women has blossomed into a vibrant organization dedicated to supporting those in need through recreational, educational, cultural, and social initiatives. Our purpose has always been grounded in unity, mutual respect, and the enduring belief that together we can improve lives and uplift communities.

Our proud history includes joining the Federation at the state and district levels in 1917 and becoming a part of the General Federation in 1947. These affiliations have helped shape our commitment to broader causes while staying deeply connected to our local roots. Through these partnerships, we have contributed to statewide and national conversations on issues affecting women, children, and families, further extending our reach beyond Pasadena.

As we reflect on over a century of impact, we honour the legacy of our members, past and present, who have volunteered their time, talents, and hearts to make Pasadena a better place. From organising drives and campaigns to mentoring new members and cultivating future leaders, our members are the heart of our mission. Their leadership continues to inspire us as we carry the torch forward, always seeking new ways to serve and uplift our community with compassion, purpose, and pride.
